These modern ethical business ideas and concepts of sustainability, 'Fairtrade', corporate social responsibility, the 'triple bottom line', love, compassion, humanity and spirituality, etc., are still not well defined or understood: people are unclear what it all means for them individually and for the organization as a whole, even though most people are instinctively attracted to the principles.
Team-exercises and discussions help bring clarity and context to idealistic concepts like ethics and social responsibility far more effectively than reading the theory, or trying to assimilate some airy-fairy new mission statement dreamed up by someone at head office and handed down as an edict.
Fundamental change has to come from within, with support from above sure, but successful change is ultimately successful because people 'own' it and see it as their change, not something handed down.

Moving from a linear to a holistic approach in agricultural management.
Ecological Landscape & Sustainable Agriculture are a set of interconnected practices, technologies and techniques (actions & patterns of behavior).
These are supported by structures (organizations, policies, physical structures, and rituals). These structures should encourage the emergence of the patterns of behavior and make sense in the context of a world view (mental models) which includes sustainabilty beliefs, assumptions and value.
We are trying to enbody this sort of structure to support Ecological Landscape & Sustainable Agricolture.
In simplest terms, we are supporting sustainable agriculture and ecological landscaping, looking after the production of food, fiber, or other plant or animal products using farming techniques that protect the environment and the landscapes, public health, human communities, and animal welfare.
This form of agriculture enables us to produce healthful food without compromising future generation's ability to do the same.

The human race stands on the threshold of a new relationship in harmony with the Earth and Nature.
We are being compelled to understand that we are not here to have dominion over the earth. We are here to act sustainably in beauty and art, with the Earth.
Sustainable measures are committed to the development and growth of sustainable communities.
Everything in on this planet is about communities: elements, minerals, forests, animals, human beings.
Learning with our help to think ecologically to act in the creation of a building or a model of sustainable tourism, a good way of hospitality, natural ecovillages or nevertheless gardens, is a profound understanding of the interconnectedness between human and natural systems, and develop the capacity to apply this understanding acting with the same beauty, so that human communities and natural ecosystems may thrive.
Sustainable Sailing
Our vision is to create a flotilla of sustainable sailing boats in which organise entertaining, safe, environmentally and socially friendly events and leave a sustainable legacy for the venues and the public.
We are looking for sustainable sailers to share their knowledge and enthusiasm for Sustainability, to gain further experiences, to learn how to sail, to make a unique sailing training experience and in doing so, to have a lot fun!
The strategic objectives for those boats and the events are in the process of being underpinned by the principles of “sustainable development” to deliver as best we can low-footprint (low-carbon, low-waste) accessible and ethical events.

Reforesting landscape CO2 opensource
We are proud that our Company is willing to reinvest a large part of the profits that the company makes to other ethical project worldwide and also to purchase, develop and maintain the Land for Organical & Biodinamic Agricolture & Natural Reserves in Europe and Worldwide, expecially focused in the African & Amazonic Forest.
We are promoting reforestation in these areas seeking partners and donations to buy the land and to plant trees on areas that were cleared or leveled for surface mining, a program that could have far-reaching impact on the economy and environment of the regions. Moreover the main expenses are for buying pieces of lands, tree planting, access improvement.
If the plan collects funding, people involved would perform other jobs in addition to planting trees, such as assessing sites to put windmills or solar panels to produce electricity, cleaning up trash and maintaining trails, according to the proposal.
